Christmas Tree Pickup Registration




 
Pleasanton Boy Scout Troop 941 and Venture Crew 940 will conduct their annual Christmas Tree Pickup fundraiser on Saturday January 5th 2013. Funds raised by this project are used to pay for camping equipment and scouting activities such as summer camp and weekend outings.

We can pick up trees only from addresses in Pleasanton

Donations 
Although not required to have us pick up your tree, we hope you can help the boys out with a donation for their hard work. 

The recommended donation amount is $5 for trees 6' and less, and $10 for bigger trees.  For flocked trees please add $10. 

Donations can be made either by PayPal or by mailing a check to 
BSA Troop 941, PO Box 691, Pleasanton CA 94566.

If the Paypal doesn't work, please use the registration form and mail your donation to the address above. 



Trees must be on your driveway or at the curb by 8:00 AM, Saturday, January 5, 2012. We start picking up trees at 8AM, but it takes all day to finish the job (and sometimes part of the next), so your tree may not be picked up until much later in the day or Sunday. 

Please remove tree stands and please do not attach your donation to the tree.  We appreciate your support and thank you for your continuing effort in making this a successful endeavor for our young men.
